Enga Ward has experience in computer-aided design of water distribution systems, sanitary sewer projects, storm drainage collection systems, and storm drainage detention/retention facilities. She has designed commercial projects across the State of South Carolina. She is knowledgeable in storm drainage analysis and complex site design issues.

Work on these sites consists of planning, conceptual design, mass grading, multiple detention pond design, utility design and roadway design.

Enga has been the lead engineer on a 330 acre mixed-use, commercial/retail and multi-family/recreation project in Columbia, SC that demands almost all of her attention. Her team leadership and extensive hands-on client contact has given her invaluable experience that enhances COX AND DINKINS professionalism and accrues to the overal benefit of our clients.
