Gene Dinkins Jr. has extensive experience in all areas of Land Surveying, including but not limited to: closing surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, wetland surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction staking and flood related matters. Gene is also in charge of scheduling all day to day survey operations for COX AND DINKINS, INC. Gene’s engineering degree from Clemson University, coupled with his in-house on the job training, make him very knowledgeable in matters related to engineering design. Gene currently volunteers some of his time to the City of Columbia as he serves on the Code Enforcement Task Team. Gene is an avid outdoorsman and very involved with conservation related matters. Gene is a founding member of the Congaree Riverkeeper program, member of the Waterkeeper alliance, and is also a member of the Gills Creek Watershed Association.
