Cox and Dinkins, Inc. can generate a matrix to show a builder or home buyer which lot(s) in a subdivision a specific house plan(s) will fit properly on.

Single Family House Layout
Cox and Dinkins, Inc. will provide the client with a plot plan that shows the layout and orientation of the house, sidewalk, driveway, and any easement or restrictions that may exist.

House and Foundation Staking
Using the plot plan that was generated electronically, our survey crews can accurately stake the foundation corners of the future house. This step ensures that the builder will pour the foundation in the proper location.

Foundation Surveys
When the foundation is complete, we field survey and verify that the foundation was built correctly.

Final Plats
When the house and associated hardscape are complete, a field survey is done and a final plat created for the client.
