Cox and Dinkins is Providing Surveying and Civil Engineering Services for the Redevelopment of Richland Mall

Cox and Dinkins is excited to be providing surveying and civil engineering services for the iconic Richland Mall in Forest Acres. Demolition began in March 2024 with particular care taken during the removal of the structure spanning Penn Branch. An exciting mixed-use development is on the horizon with 380 new apartments, an approximately 100,000 square foot grocery store, retail shops, a brewery or taproom, and a vibrant public park. As we say goodbye to a local landmark, we eagerly anticipate the next era of community living and connectivity.
