The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) engaged Cox and Dinkins to provide surveying and design services for this multi-family development. Utilizing our previous experience, we served as a liaison between the City of Columbia staff and their development team while also assisting in public outreach efforts to garner community support for this development.

This development is a five-story, 278-unit, apartment-style living complex located in the heart of downtown Columbia, between the Greek Village and Waverly Mills neighborhood. This location provides residents with direct access to the university and downtown shopping and dining districts. The building includes:

  • A fitness center.
  • Two outdoor courtyards.
  • A pool amenity area.
  • Approximately five hundred forty-six covered garage parking spaces with electrical charging stations.
  • A pedestrian corridor along Catawba and Lincoln Streets.

Cox and Dinkins provided civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and public outreach services to help TDC bring quality living and commercial spaces to Columbia.
